摘要
教育学上的学习共同体构建范式为辅导员职业能力提升提供了较好的模式支撑。辅导员群体可通过文化的创生、赋予权利、团队与协作、协商与对话等方式构建辅导员学习共同体,谋求职业能力提升的新路。
The construction of learning community provides a better model for the promotion of university counselors＇ capabilities. Counselor groups could promote their professional capabilities through cultural creativity, empowerment, team and cooperation, consultation and dialogue.
