摘要
排队问题已成为影响商业银行服务质量的瓶颈。针对人们对银行服务需求增多导致的排队时间长、场面混乱的状况,文中基于Mina框架展开研究。研究内容主要包括4个方面,一是研究银行叫号系统结构并对主要设备进行了说明;二是研究Mina框架体系结构并阐述了工作流程;三是基于循环顺序队列进行算法与数据结构设计;四是进行应用程序设计,包括服务器端程序和客户端程序。文中的研究内容解决了银行叫号系统开发的关键性技术问题,为系统开发奠定了基础。
Queuing problem has become a bottleneck affecting the service quality of commerc;ial banks. The people's demand increasing for bank services claused the situation of long queue time and chaos, this paper based on the Mina framework studies on it. The research content mainly includes four aspects; first, banks calling system structure and main equipment is described; second, study on Mina framework architecture and it describes the work flow; third, based on cycdic order queue it designs the algorithm and data structure; fourth, the application design, including server-side program and client programs. Contents of this paper solve the key technical problems of the development bank calling system, laying the foundation for system development.
