摘要
利用Hyperworks和Nastran软件对某自主品牌商务车前门进行有限元建模和静刚度特性分析。结果表明,该车前车门窗框的横向刚度和窗台挤压刚度较弱。此分析结果为新车门结构的进一步设计、优化提供参考。
The finite element modeling and analysis on static stiffness characteristics are completed for the front door of an own-brand commercial vehicle by the Hyperworks software and the Nastran software. The results show that the lateral rigidity of window frame and the squeeze stiffness of windowsill are weak on the vehicle front door. The analysis results provide some references for the further design and optimization on the new door structure.
