磁流变阻尼器控制砂轮振动实验 被引量:1

摘要 砂轮振动是磨床磨削过程中产生工件加工表面振纹,影响加工质量的重要因素。针对砂轮不平衡引起主轴振动,搭建砂轮振动控制实验台,模拟磨床工作状态。在砂轮主轴上安装磁流变阻尼器,实验研究阻尼器对砂轮振动控制影响规律。结果表明,在砂轮机工作转速下,阻尼器通入电流,砂轮主轴振动峰峰值及转频振动幅值均有明显下降,降幅随电流增大而增大。通过分析时域及频域波形,可知阻尼器能有效抑制砂轮主轴振动,使砂轮振动保持在较低水平。 In grinding processing, the vibration of grinding wheel is an important factor which generates surfacescrapes and lowers processing quality. In order to reduce the spindle vibration caused by the unbalanced mass of grindingwheel, a grinding wheel vibration control bench is established to simulate the operating condition of the grinding machine. Amagneto-rheological damper is installed at the spindle to study the influences of different operation current of the damperson the wheel vibration. The results show that the peak-to-peak value and the amplitude of the rotational frequency decreaseobviously at the operation speed. Through the analysis of the waveform in the time domain and spectrum diagram, it is foundthat the damper can effectively reduce the spindle vibration and keep the vibration of the grinding wheel in a lower level.
