摘要
汽车空调系统是引起车内异响的主要原因之一,针对某款SUV汽车在开启空调后车内出现明显"呜呜"异响声的现象,应用传递路径分析和增量分析相结合方法进行快速诊断。在实车上进行噪声测试分析,运用频谱分析法和声学互动滤波技术确定引起车内异响主要激励源为空调系统的压缩机;结合对异响传递路径和增量综合分析,快速确定车内异响主要辐射源为膨胀阀和蒸发器,并采取减振降噪措施,有效降低了车内所存在的异响,降噪效果达2.5 d B(A)。
Automobile air-conditioning system is one of the subsystems of vehicles which can cause interior abnormalnoise. For the obvious“whining”noise occurs in a SUV car when its air-conditioning system is on, transfer path analysismethod and incremental analysis method are applied to rapid diagnosis. The noise test analysis is done in a real car. Utilizingthe frequency analysis method and the acoustic interactive filtering technology, it is found that the main excitation sourcewhich induces the interior abnormal noise is the compressor of the air-conditioning system. With the noise transmission pathand increment comprehensive analyses, it is found that the key radiation noise sources are the expansion valve and theevaporator.With the use of some vibration control measures, the interior abnormal noise of the car is reduced by 2.5 dB(A).
