摘要
目的探讨改良BU/CY预处理方案的异基因造血干细胞移植治疗难治性复发恶性血液病的效果。方法对4例难治性复发恶性血液病患者实施改良BU/CY预处理治疗。结果死亡率25.0%。结论改良BU/CY预处理方案治疗难治性复发恶性血液病效果显著。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of the modified BU/CY preconditioning allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of refractory and relapsed malignant hematologic disease. Methods Modified BU/CY pretreatment in 4 cases of patients with refractory and recurrent malignant hematologic diseases.Results Themortality rate was 25%. Conclusion Improvement of BU/CY pretreatment regimen in the treatment of refractory and recurrent malignant hematologic diseases has significant effects.
