植物基因工程技术在农业上的应用 被引量：11

摘要 论述了植物基因工程技术在优质丰产及综合性状改良育种、抗性基因工程育种、非生物胁迫育种、植物医药基因工程等农业方面的应用现状 ,并讨论了限制植物基因工程发展的因素如 :植物基因工程本身的发展局限性、植物基因工程与农业资源遗传多样性保护、植物基因工程与病虫抗药性、植物基因工程与环境生态平衡、植物基因工程的安全性等问题 ,提出了植物基因工程发展的前景应用。
