摘要
构建随机市场需求环境下供应商持股制造商的供应链模型,分别给出供应商的最优批发价格决策与制造商的最优订货量决策。研究表明,供应商对制造商的持股虽然减弱了但是并没有消除供应链系统中的双重边际效应。随后,设计了基于回购策略与补贴策略的供应链协调契约。在该协调契约下,供应商能够通过调整契约中的批发价格,以任意比例与制造商分享系统期望利润。即供应链系统可以实现完美协调。
Considering a supply chain model with stochastic demand in which the supplier holds equity in the manufacturer,this paper derives the optimal wholesale price of the supplier and the optimal order quality of the manufacturer.The result shows that the double marginalization is reduced by the equity holding but is still in effect.Then,this paper develops a coordination contract based on a buy-back policy together with a subsidy policy.Result show that the supplier can allocate the expected profit of the supply chain between two firms arbitrarily,by adjusting the wholesale price in the coordination contract,that is the supply chain can achieve the perfect coordination.
