长河坝电站混凝土施工任务——设备匹配优化研究

摘要 针对长河坝电站4个混凝土生产系统供应多个不同浇筑点的资源匹配问题,在多任务多设备的无权匹配模型的基础上,考虑不同配置方案所具有的不同施工质量、施工进度、施工成本的等因素,建立指标体系,依照所建指标体系构成各配置方案权重,构建长河坝电站混凝土任务-设备的赋权匹配模型,采用KM算法求解该模型,得到了混凝土系统生产运输的最优配置方案。以任务-设备配对的视角对施工设备进行优化配置,为多任务多设备的施工组织管理研究提供新思路和理论依据。 In view of the resource matching problem of four concrete production systems to provide concrete to different placing positions in the construction of Changheba Hydropower Station,the weighting matching model of concrete constructionequipments is established based on multi-task multi-device no-weight matching model.Through taking into account the quality,schedule and cost of different construction configuration schemes,the index system is established and the weight of different construction configuration scheme is then distributed based on the index system.The model is solved by KM algorithm and then the optimal configuration of concrete system production and transportation can be obtained.The configuration optimization of construction equipments from the perspective of task-equipment matching provides new idea and theoretical basis to the study of multi-task multi-device construction management.
