国外发达国家核应急医学救援信息化建设及启示 被引量:14

Characteristics of nuclear medical emergency rescue forces in developed countries

摘要 随着我国核电事业的发展及核恐怖袭击的潜在危害,核安全形势日益得到重视。提高核应急救援反应能力已成为我国核应急救援领域亟待解决的问题。国外发达国家采用信息化手段辅助核应急救援,在核应急救援的快速响应中起到了重要的作用。该文阐述了国外发达国家及我国核应急救援信息化建设的现状,特别是对我国核应急救援信息化建设的需求进行了分析,就提高核应急救援的信息化水平提出相应的措施建议。 With the development of nuclear power industry in China,nuclear safety is attracting more attention. The research of nuclear emergency rescue needs to be combined with modern means,such as network-based information flow. In developed countries,such as the United States and Japan,information technology is widely used to assist nuclear emergency rescue,and plays an important supporting role in rapid response to nuclear emergency rescue. This paper expounds the present situation of nuclear emergency rescue in China,analyzes the demand of informationization construction,and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions to improve the informationization of nuclear emergency rescue.
