摘要
我国经济快速发展,在用人方面越来越注重人们的能力及工作质量,因此,在高校培养的过程中,需要统一目标,实现校企的深度合作,保证校企培养目标相互统一,以提高工作人员的素质及工作能力,符合社会用人需求。针对校企合作发展进行探讨,通过搭建校企合作平台,对学校的教学内容进行优化,使其更能符合专业人才未来发展需要,促进学生知识与实践的结合,实现校、企、生三方共同获利的目的。
People pay more and more emphasis on capacity and the quality of work in terms of employment due to the rapid economic development. Therefore, training in colleges requires a unified goal, the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation and mutual unity of training objectives, so as to improve the quality and competence of staff. The development of school-enterprise cooperation was discussed in this paper, through establishing cooperation platform, the teaching content will be optimized to better meet the development needs of professionals in the future, promote the integration of knowledge and practice, and fulfill common benefits among colleges, enterprises and students.
