摘要
随着我国人才培养的进一步完善,目前的就业形势和用人形势都非常严峻。为了能够解决大学生就业难的问题,政府、学校、行业组织、企业、社会应共同承担起人才的共同培养目标及任务,共同建立人才共育体系,让学生能够更好地面对就业和市场。
With the further improvement of talent training, the current employment situation is very grim. In order to solve the difficulty of employment, governments, schools, industry organizations, enterprises and community should jointly undertake its objective and task, establish talent co-education system, so that students can better confront employment and market.
