糖尿病饮食教育的实践方式研究及分析

摘要 为分析糖尿病饮食教育的实践方式,选择我院2014年2月——2015年10月本院收治的78例糖尿病患者作为受试者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组患者按常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加糖尿病饮食教育,比较两组干预前后血糖指标水平变化。干预后,观察组空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平均显著高于对照组,组间差异p<0.05。说明糖尿病患者强化饮食教育有助于改善血糖控制效果,应注意丰富饮食教育形式,提高饮食教育连续性和科学性。 In order to analyze practice manner of diabetic diet education, this study selected 78 patients with diabetes of our hospital from February 2014 to October 2015 as the subjects, who were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 34 cases in each. Patients of control group had usual care, the observation group increased diabetic diet education on the basis of the control group, and compared the changes of blood glucose level before and after the intervention. After the intervention, fasting plasma glucose and the level 2 hours after meals of observation group were significantly higher, the difference between groups p&lt;0.05. It shows that strengthening dietary education helps diabetics improve results of blood glucose control, it should pay attention to rich forms of diet education, and improve continuity and scientificity of diet education.
