摘要
目的 探讨授权教育对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法 选取2014年11月-2015年6月本院收治的144例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各72例。观察组给予授权教育,对照组给予传统健康教育,比较两组的糖尿病管理自我效能评分（DSES）、血糖控制情况。结果 两组教育后的FBG、2 h PBG及Hb A1c水平显著低于教育前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组教育后的FBG、2 h PBG及Hb A1c水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组教育后的DSES量表六项评分及总评分显著高于教育前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组教育后的DSES量表六项评分及总评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 授权教育能够有效激发患者的糖尿病管理主动性,更好地实现血糖控制目标。
Objective To explore the influence of education for patient empowerment on the glycemic control of gesta- tional diabetes mellitus patient. Methods 144 gnstational diabetes mellitus patients from November 2011 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and random divided into the observation group and the control group,72 cases in each group.The observation group was given education for patient empowerment and the control group was given traditional health education.The score of diabetes management self-efficacy score （DSES）,glycemie control situation in the two groups was compared. Results The level of FBG,2 h PBG,HbAlc after education in the two groups was lower than that before education,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The level of FBG,2 h PBG,HbAle after education in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The score of six projects of DSES scale and the total score after education in the two groups was higher than that before education,with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Education for patient empowerment can stimulate the initiative of patient diabetes management effectively and realize the blood sugar control target better.
