基于重叠网格方法的襟翼舵水动力性能的数值模拟与分析 被引量:4

摘要 CFD技术的高效利用是当前船舶设计领域的重要课题,而可靠的数值模拟方法能更好利用CFD技术进行舵的优化设计。本文以生成更高质量的计算网格、建立更合理的襟翼舵水动力性能数值模拟方法为研究目的,以"CSSRC舵"为研究对象,采用重叠网格方法构建襟翼舵网格模型,利用针对船舶设计的自主开发软件OSHIP进行数值计算方法研究;通过模型构建、收敛性分析和数值计算,最终建立了可靠的襟翼舵水动力性能数值模拟方法。该方法数值计算结果与实验数据的相对误差在6%以内,表明该方法可靠合理,且更为简便,可应用于对襟翼舵优化设计的后续研究。 Efficient use of CFD techniques is an important topic in the field of ship design and reliable numerical simulation method can make better use of CFD techniques to do the design optimization of rudder. The purpose of the research is to generate higher quality computation grid and more reasonable numerical simulation method on the hydrodynamic performance of flap-rudder.This paper considers "CSSRC rudder" as object, builds mesh model of flap-rudder with overlapping grid method and researches on numerical computation method with self-developed software OSHIP, which is developed especially for ship design. We build mesh model, make convergence analysis, do numerical computation and finally build reliable numerical simulation method of Flap-rudder hydrodynamic performance. The relative error between numerical result and experimental data is under 6%. The result shows the method is reasonable, reliable, and even is more handy, and is appliable for the further study on flap-rudder design optimization.
