鸡资源家系F2代不同周龄体尺性状主成分分析 被引量:5

Principal component analysis of body measurements in a chicken F2 resource population

摘要 本研究对由苏禽绿壳蛋鸡和白来航蛋鸡构建的F2代资源家系13、40、72周龄体尺性状进行测量,分析各性状间相关系数并进行主成分分析。结果表明:在13周龄各指标间呈显著或极显著相关,体斜长和龙骨长的相关系数最大(0.672),而40周龄和72周龄胸角与龙骨长呈负相关,但相关不显著;随着周龄的增大各性状间的相关系数减小。对主成分分析结果进行方差最大化正交旋转后知,13周龄时第1主成分的贡献率为34.372%,前四个主成分的累积贡献率为86.186%,13周龄体尺主要由体廓因子和胫部因子构成;40周龄的第一主成分贡献率为20.859%,第1主成分主要受胫部因子影响;72周龄第1个主成分贡献率为26.214%,第1主成分主要受胸部因子和胫部因子影响,总的生长趋势表现为体长逐渐加长,胫部随体长变化并逐渐稳定,胸部加深加宽。因此,不同周龄影响体尺的主成分不同,在不同周龄进行选择可依据不同因子载荷而进行测量。本研究可为指导鸡的选种选育提供参考依据。 The body measurements of 13 weeks, 40 weeks and 72 weeks in the F2 resource population, which were utilized by Suqin Green-eggshell Chicken and White Leghon Chicken, were studied by correlation analysis and the principal component analysis. The results showed that the body measurements of 13 weeks showed positive and higher significant, the correlation coefficient between body length and pelvic length was highest(r=0.672), chest angle and pelvic length showed negative correlation but no significant; the correlation coefficient decreased with the age. The results of varimax rotated factor analysis showed that the contribution rate of first component were 34.372%, 20.859% and 26.214% at 13, 40 and 72 weeks respectively, and the body measurements were mainly affected by body trunk, tibia and chest at different weeks. The growth pattern showed that the body trunk was gradually lengthening, whereas the bibia got relative stabilization with the body trunk and the chest got more broaden and thicker. The results would contribute to the selection on breeding chicken, for the body measurements factor loading showing different, the breeding strategy should be changed by different ages.
