摘要
[目的]观察协同化营养支持护理服务链在食管癌放疗病人中的应用效果。[方法]选择2014年1月—2014年12月收治的53例食管癌放疗病人作为对照组,选择2015年1月—2015年12月收治的53例食管癌放疗病人作为观察组,对照组病人实施常规营养支持护理,观察组病人接受协同化营养护理服务链干预,干预后对两组病人的营养情况、不良反应缓解率及生活质量进行比较。[结果]观察组病人的营养评价指标均显著优于对照组,生活质量评分中的整体健康状态、功能领域评分显著高于对照组,症状领域评分显著低于对照组,放疗后不良反应缓解率显著高于对照组,经比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]将协同化营养支持护理服务链应用于食管癌放疗病人的营养支持护理实践中,能显著提高营养支持效果,降低放疗后不良反应程度,提高生活质量。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of cooperative nutrition support nursing service chain for esophageal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy.Methods:A total of 53 cases of esophageal cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy who treated from December 2014 to January 2014 were selected as the control group,a total of 53 cases of esophageal cancer patients treated from December 2015 to January 2015 as the observation group.Patients in control group were given routine nutritional support,and the patients in observation group received the cooperative nutrition support nursing service chain.After intervention,the nutritional status,adverse reaction remission rate and quality of life were compared between both groups.Results:The nutritional evaluation indexes of patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group.The overall health status and functional area score of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group.Symptom domain scores of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group.The remission rate of adverse reactions of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cooperative nutrition support nursing service chain applied in nutritional support nursing practices of the patients with radiotherapy could significantly improve the effectiveness of nutritional support of patients and reduce the degree of adverse effects after radiotherapy,improve the quality of life.
