摘要 糖尿病性骨质疏松是糖尿病在骨骼系统的重要并发症之一,其发病机制错综复杂。糖尿病患者发生骨质疏松症与多种因素有关。现有研究显示糖尿病骨质疏松发生风险增加主要与高血糖、糖尿病慢性并发症、胰岛素不足、IGF-1、瘦素、脂联素、性激素、降糖药物、饮食、运动、营养、VitD及遗传等因素有关。 Diabetic osteoporosis is one of the important complications of diabetes in the skeletal system. Its pathogenesis is complex,which is related to many factors. Current research has showed that the main risk factors are hyperglycemia,chronic complications,lack of insulin,IGF-1,leptin,adiponectin,sex hormones,glucose-lowering drugs,diet,exercise,vitamin D,nutrition,genetic factors,and so on.
