高龄患者全膝关节置换术38例围术期护理

摘要 目的观察高龄患者全膝关节置换术的围术期护理效果。方法对38例(43膝)年龄超过75岁的高龄患者行全膝关节置换手术,同时进行围术期系统性护理。结果术后发生低血压10例,认知功能障碍5例,心力衰竭3例,额叶脑梗死1例,予相关治疗及护理后均恢复良好出院。膝关节美国特种外科医院(HSS)评分:术前(38.8±9.1)分,术后3个月(85.8±10.6)分;膝关节活动度:术前(86.5±12.3)°,术后3个月(115.1±12.7)°;差异均有统计学意义。结论高龄患者行全膝关节置换术行围术期系统护理对高龄患者术后康复意义重大。
