摘要
应用高级流变扩展系统测试了精铸蜡料在蜡模冷却温度下的储能模量和耗损模量;由时温等效原理计算了中温精铸蜡料的主模量与松弛时间谱。在Abagus中对蜡模在存放过程中的粘弹性变形进行了数值模拟。
The storage modulus and loss modulusof the wax during cooling process were measured by the advanced rheometric expansion system.The main modulus curves and wax relaxation time spectrum were calculated according to time-temperature equivalence principle.Finally,viscoelastic deformation of wax pattern during deposited process was predicted by using the finite element software Abaqus.
