摘要
目的探究大剂量阿托伐他汀对糖尿病急性前壁心肌梗死溶栓效果的影响。方法选取该院2012年3月—2015年3月收治的糖尿病急性前壁心肌梗死患者100例作为该次的观察对象,按照随机数字法分为两组,分别为研究组和对照组。对照组患者50例,采用常规治疗方案;研究组患者50例,在溶栓治疗前给予80 mg阿托伐他汀口服,比较两组患者溶栓前后的血浆高敏C反应蛋白水平与超声心动图检查情况。结果经过临床治疗后,研究组患者的再通率为74.0%,对照组为46.0%,比较两组患者的再通率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的高敏C反应蛋白的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的舒张末期(收缩末期)容积指数与左心室射血分数明显改善(P<0.05),且研究组患者的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病急性前壁心肌梗死患者给予阿托伐他汀治疗的临床效果显著,可使得溶栓再通率明显增加,改善患者临床症状,值得推广并应用。
Objective To explore the high-dose atorvastatin laval dean of diabetes with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction thrombolysis effect. Conclusion In diabetic patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction given atorvastatin therapy clinical effect is remarkable, thrombolysis rate may be increased significantly, improve the clinical symptoms, and is worth popularization and application.
