大数据时代中医院校实验教学的挑战与实践 被引量:3

Challenges and Practice of Experimental Teaching in College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Era of Big Data

摘要 目的探讨"大数据"在中医院校实验教学中的应用及效果,寻找一种新的实验教学的方法。方法以生物化学"ELISA实验"为例,设计一套可行的大数据教学方案,并予以实施。采用对照试验和问卷调查的实验方法,对学习效果进行分析。结果实验班的平均成绩为82.71分,对照班平均成绩为79.29分,实验班的成绩比对照班的成绩高出3.42分。90分以上的优秀率,实验班比对照班高出5.71%;得分为80~89分之间的比率,实验班比对照班高出5.71%;得分为70~79分之间的比率,实验班比对照班低了2.87%;而得分70分以下的比率实验班比对照班减少了8.57%,有了明显的进步。结论"大数据"中医院校实验教学模式对增强学生的学习兴趣和提高学生的学习能力有积极的作用。 Objective To investigate the applications and effects of experimental teaching in college of traditional Chinese medicine in the era of big data, and to look for a new approach to the experimental teaching. Methods Taking the "ELISA" experiments of biochemistry as an example, we designed a feasible teaching plan, and the plan was implemented. Through using the methods of controlled trials and questionnaires investigation, we analyzed the learning effects. Results The average of the experimental class was82.71, and the average score of the control class was 79.29. The score of the experimental class was 3.42 points higher than that of the control class. The proficiency of more than 90 points of the experiment class was 5.71 % higher than the control class' s. The rate of the score between 80 and 89 points of the experiment class was 5.71% higher than the control class' s. The rate of the score between 70 and 79 points of the experiment class was 2.71% lower than the control class' s. The rate of the score below 70 points of the experiment class reduces 8.57% compared with the control class' s, and the experiment class made an obvious progress. Conclusion The model of big data in the basic experimental teaching has positive effects on improving student's interest and achievement in learning.
