摘要
作者报告采用Sotherland氏骨盆两处截骨术治疗髋关节不稳定22例,患者年龄21～34岁。其中21例为小儿麻痹后遗症,1例为先天性髋关节半脱位。平均随访两年,早期效果甚好。
The auther reported the results of the Sutherland double innominate osteotomy for the treatment of instability of hips. There were 22 cases with the age ranging from 21 to 34 years old; in which, 21 cases were postpoliomyelitic paralysis, and 1 case was congenital subluxation of the hip joint. Their early results were Satis factory, with an average follow-up of 2 years.
