摘要
根据南昌市规划,至2020年南昌经开区新能源汽车及汽车零部件产业集群产值将达到500亿元。北京是新能源汽车第一批示范运行城市,在新能源汽车上的工作表现突出,效果显著。学习先进,如何立足本地实际以促进南昌市新能源汽车产业的发展,值得认真思索和探讨。本文以北京市为例,结合市场调查,对南昌市新能源提出了培育新能源汽车市场、运营新能源汽车监控平台、规划充电设施建设、做好补贴预审工作四方面的建议。
According to the Nanchang municipal planning,the output value of new energy automobile and automobile spare part industrial cluster will reach 50 billion RMB to 2020 in Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Beijing is in the first batch of demonstration cities to run new energy automobiles,and has achieved outstanding performance and significant effect. This article,by taking Beijing as an example,and combining with market research,puts forward several suggestions： to cultivate new energy automobile market,to run new energy automobile monitoring platform,to plan charging infrastructure construction,and to complete subsidy pre-trial work for Nanchang municipal new energy.
