摘要
道德教育问题一直困扰着从事基础教育工作的一线教师,越来越多的研究者认识到道德教育的缺失与教师在道德层面所具有的敏感性息息相关。现阶段,我国基础教育教师在教师职责的认识上存在着偏差,在行为上言行不一,在教育信念上模糊不清。对此,需要采取增强教师道德责任感,优化师生关系,领悟教育价值等措施强化教师道德敏感性,使教师能敏锐地意识到自身行为是否具有教育价值,从而能抓住良好的教育契机,增强学校道德教育的实效性。
Based on the moral education problems facing the fundamental education,this paper expounds the connotation of teachers' moral sensitivity and its influence on school moral education,and then according to the present situation of moral education,teachers' moral sensitivity promotion strategy is put forward,in order to enhance the effectiveness of school moral education and improve the quality of school moral education.
