摘要
目的:探讨TBL与人文素养相融合的教学模式(新模式)在外科护理实验中应用。方法:实验班采用新模式教学,对照班采用传统教学,授课后进行病例讨论和护理操作,对考试成绩及教学法实施评估。结果:实验班护理操作、口试题和总分与对照班比较(P<0.01);实验报告无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:新模式有利于卓越护士的培养。
Objective: to find out how to use TBL and humanistic studies in the lab sessions of surgical nursing. Methods: a randomized controlled trial was conducted. Results: the experimental group did significantly better than skills test, oral test, and total scores than the con- trolled group (P 〈 0.01); the lab reports had no significant difference between the two groups (P〉 0.05). Conclusion: The new mode is conducive to cultivating qualified nurses.
