职业学校教师成长的六步法研究 被引量:3

摘要 教师是提高教学质量的关键,职业教育不同于普通教育。本文从教学目标确立、教学内容选择、学习兴趣激发、教学过程呈现、教学反思等6个方面入手,培养职业院校教师的综合素质与施教能力。
