摘要
通过对狗大脑中动脉缺血区行大网膜或颞肌瓣颅内移植的重建注塑脑血管模型的实验研究,获得了大网膜移植脑表面后形成新生血管的注塑模型。实验表明:在结扎MCA后的脑缺血区表面移入带蒂颞肌或游离大网膜,术后14、7天光镜可见移植物与脑表面间有较多的增生血管长入脑内。游离大网膜移植术后6个月脑血管造影术区有较密集的新生血管相互勾通呈网状覆盖于皮层表面,其范围约2×3cm,形态粗细不均。在注塑模型术侧清晰可见颞浅动脒的末瑞有呈纡曲状增粗的血管进入脑内。
In this experiment the omental or temporal muscle flap grafts was transplanted to dog's middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion area in which perfuse plastic model of reconstructed blood vessels was made up. The perfuse model showed that the newborn vessels after omental grafts on the brain surface have eventually been established. It was shown that the fourteenth day or the seventh day after transplanting temporal musclar flap or free omentum to cerebral occulu-sion surface of the ligation of middle cerebral artery, light microscopy revealed that there were anastomosis vessels growing into the cerebral sulcus between the transplantation and the surface. Nevertheless, the cerebral angiography showed that the sixth month after the omental transplantation there were dense newborn blood vessels which joined one another to formed networks and covered the cerebral surface in the extent of 2×3cm in the operation area, and that the blood vessels have different thickness. On the operating side of the perfuse plastic modelthe terminal of superficial temporal artery could be seen clearly, which are broadened and go roundabout into the cerebral cortex.
