摘要 以间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠(5-SSIPA)为水性单体,与多元醇、羧酸熔融缩聚得到水性聚酯,以六甲氧基甲基三聚氰胺(CYMEL303)为固化剂制备了漆膜。探讨了聚合工艺及水性单体用量对聚酯性能的影响,考察了固化剂用量对漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:不同聚合方法制备的聚酯水溶性存在差异;随着5-SSIPA用量提高,聚酯水溶性先增高后降低;随固化剂用量提高,漆膜的铅笔硬度、附着力增加,耐冲击性能先提高后下降。 A waterborne polyester was prepared from 5-sulfoisophthalie acid monosodium salt(5-SSIPA) as waterborne monomer in addition to polyol and polycarboxylie via the melt polyeondensation. The polyester was mixed with hexamethoxymethyhnelamine(CYMEL303) to form a cured film. The effect of polymerization process and amount of 5-SSIPA on the properties of the polyester has been discussed. The impact of the curing agent dosage on film properties was also investigated. The results showed that the polyester synthesized by different poly- merization process had distinct water solubility. With the increasing of the amount of 5- SSIPA, the water solubility of polyester increase first and then decreased. With the increase of the amount of the curing agent, the hardness and adhesion of the film increased while the impact resistance increased first and then decreased.
