摘要
"IT企业文化漫谈"是面向电子信息类学生的文化素质类课程,文章从课程内容、教学方法、主讲教师、考核方式等方面介绍了课程的建设思路与教学方案.以大量教学案例作为教学内容的主体,构建了课内课外两大教学模块,灵活运用多种创新教学方,构建形成性考核方式,形成了一套完整的课程体系.
A Cultural Perspective on IT Enterprise is offered to the students in electronic information engineering school as a culture and quality education course. This paper introduces the teaching program of this course, including its content, teaching methods, lecturers, assessment methods, and etc. A large number of teaching cases serve as the main teaching content. Two teaching modules, both inside-class and outside-class, are constructed. By using various teaching methods and formative assessment, a complete course system was established.
