Electrical System Design Scheme for Large Heavy Oil Field Located in the Middle-East

摘要 中东地区油田气候环境恶劣,外部电源依托差,资源国石油建设的技术标准要求高,电气系统要求技术先进,安全可靠。中东地区油田电气系统设计采用燃气轮机自备电站供电,油田自成孤立电网运行。燃气轮机利用油田伴生气作为主燃料,电站内设1座2 000 m3柴油罐,为双燃料发电机组提供黑启动和应急燃料。11 kV供电系统主接线采用单母线分段,高压机泵由11 kV高压配电室直配。根据大型油田中心处理站内油气工艺区域划分情况,分区设立11/0.4 kV低压变电站。 In the middle-east area,the weather condition is very harsh,the technological process is complicated,external power supply is too bad to base on,moreover the standards for the oil field construction of these crude oil resource countries are very high.Electrical system of the oil field must be technologically advanced,safe and reliable. The oilfield electrical system described in this article, electrical power is supplied by self- built gas turbine plant,the oilfield electrical system is isolated power grid. The oil field associated gas is used as the main fuel. Provide dual fuel generator unit with black start and emergency fuel, Which2 000 m^3 diesel tank on Power starion. The 11 kV power system is sectionalized single-bus configuration.The high-voltage motor driven pumps are distributed power directly from 11 kV distribution room.According to the division of large oil fields in process of oil and gas area of the central processing facilities,one 11/0.4 kV low-voltage substation shall be set up for each process partition relevantly.
