摘要
制备了一种高性能丙烯酸氨基烤漆。经研究,在体系中使用苯乙烯改性丙烯酸树脂,可有效提高丙烯酸氨基烤漆漆膜的耐水性、耐溶剂擦拭性和硬度。同时,引入功能单体丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯合成丙烯酸树脂,进一步提高丙烯酸氨基烤漆漆膜的交联度,使产品的耐候性、耐溶剂性、耐冲击性及光泽等均得到很大改善。
An acrylic amino baking paint with high performance was prepared.By the research,using styrene modified acrylic resin in the system could effectively improve the water resistance,the wiping resistance to solvent and the hardness of film.Meanwhile,introduction of functional monomer hydroxypropyl acrylate to prepare the acrylic resin could further increase the crosslinking degree of acrylic amino baking paint film,which could also greatly improve the performances of product,such as weather resistance,solvent resistance,impact resistance and gloss etc.
