摘要
大颗粒尿素装置,自动化程度低,相当多工作需人工完成,厂房内粉尘较多,工作环境恶劣,劳动强度也较大,在日常生产中,偏重于严格遵守初始操作规程进行操作。现介绍通过优化操作的办法,来减少工艺波动、设备损伤,同时可以切实减轻操作工劳动强度。
The paper introduces large granular urea plants low degree of automation, lots of work need done manually, high dust in workshop, poor working conditions, and labor intensity as well. In daily production, lay particular stress on strict compliance with the initial procedures to operate. It also introduces by meaning of optimizing operation to reduce process variations, equipment damage, and relieve labor intensity of operators at the same time.
