脊柱后路截骨术治疗局部严重后凸畸形的研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 随着脊柱外科技术的发展,脊柱后路截骨矫形术在临床逐渐广泛开展,可用于矫正强直性脊柱炎、先天性椎体发育异常、陈旧性骨折、脊柱结核及椎体肿瘤等相关疾病所致的局部严重后凸畸形,亦可用来完成重度脊柱侧凸畸形的治疗。目前临床常用的后路截骨技术大致可分为闭合截骨术（SPO）,经椎弓根截骨术（PSO）,全椎体切除术（VCR）。以上3种术式各有侧重点,手术效果亦存在差别。
