摘要
本文实验研究了ZnO纳米晶对有机共轭聚合物MEH-PPV电致发光光谱特性的影响.研究结果表明,对于ITO/PEDOT:PSS/MEH-PPV:ZnO/Al/Ag结构的发光器件,ZnO纳米晶的掺杂有效降低了电子的注入势垒,降低了发光器件的启亮电压,提高了载流子复合效率.随着ZnO纳米晶掺杂比例的增加,有机MEHPPV发光谱主峰585nm发生明显蓝移,波长移动18nm,而位于长波段615nm的肩峰则不受掺杂纳米材料的影响.
In order to study the influence of ZnO nanocrystal on the EL spectrum of MEH-PPV,we prepared the device of ITO / PEDOT: PSS / MEH-PPV: ZnO / Al / Ag. Doping of ZnO effectively reduced the electron injection barrier and the turning-on voltage. In addition,the doped device increased the charge carrier composite efficiency. With the increase of ZnO doped proportion,the EL main peak of MEH-PPV occurred obviously 18 nm blue shift distance. ZnO nanocrystal had not effect on the shoulder peak at 615 nm.
