Risk control is the key to the success of an international project, to correctly identify risks and take reasonable risk response strategies to ensure project profit maximization is the ultimate goal of every contractor to pursue. This article focuses on how to correctly identify the risk factors involved in pre-construction and to take a reasonable risk based on the likelihood of risk response strategies to ensure the smooth realization of the project progress and profits.
