摘要
本文采用FMECA分析法,分析了采煤机调高故障的主要故障种类和原因,建立了故障模型、分析了故障影响、综合计算了危险度。根据分析的结果,提出了一些具有针对性的方案,能够为采煤机调高液压系统的故障判断、检修和维护提供指导。
In this paper, the FMECA analysis method is used to analyze the main types and causes of the failure of shearer, the failure mode is established, and the effect of failure is analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, some specific schemes are put forward, which can provide guidance for the fault diagnosis, maintenance and maintenance of the hydraulic system of shearer.
