一种车载复合电源再生制动控制方法

摘要 针对车载复合电源中的超级电容在多坡路及城市工况下长时间频繁供电的问题,文中提出一种混合动力汽车前后轮制动力分配新方案。通过分析"蓄电池-超级电容"复合电源再生制动原理,结合典型城市工况UDDS,在混合动力汽车仿真软件ADVISOR2002中对制动力分配控制模块进行建模及整车仿真,仿真结果表明在频繁加减速的城市工况中,超级电容充电电流明显增大,蓄电池的放电电流峰值得以减小,在不改变复合电源容量的前提下保护了蓄电池不受大电流冲击,增强了复合电源再生制动能量回收能力,延长混合动力汽车续驶里程。 Because the ultracapacitor used in vehicular hybrid power source has to frequently supply power for a long time in the ascent and urban conditions,a braking force distribution scheme was proposed in hybrid electric vehicle. By analyzing regenerative braking principle of "batteryultracapacitor"hybrid power source,the braking force distribution and control module was modeled and simulated in typical urban condition with ADVISOR2002. The simulation results show that in urban condition,the charging current of ultracapacitor increases significantly while the discharging peak current of battery reduces,and the battery is protected from large current. Therefore,the recycling ability of regenerative braking energy for hybrid power source is improved,and the vehicle driving range can be extended as well.
