一种基于MRO的UE级乒乓切换解决方案 被引量:2

摘要 MRO是LTE系统中自组织网络里的一个重要功能。MRO通过识别异常切换场景,自动优化切换相关参数,以提高切换成功率和网络利用率。异常切换的场景通常包括过早切换、过晚切换、乒乓切换和错误切换。乒乓切换是异常切换的情况之一,它会导致UE短时间内的连续切换,造成不必要的网络资源占用。文中提出了两种方案,分别从UE在一段时间内的乒乓切换次数和乒乓切换前驻留小区的时间两个角度进行统计,并对切换参数进行相应的调整。该方案能够有效地终止UE乒乓切换,降低无线链路失败率、呼叫阻塞率,提高网络吞吐量。 MRO is an important function of the self-organizing network. MRO can improve the handover success rate and the network utilization by recognizing abnormal handover scenes and optimizing parameters of handover automatically. Abnormal handover includes several scenes such as too-early handover,too-late handover,ping-pong handover and wrong handover. As one of the abnormal handover scenes,ping-pong handover leads to continuous handover and causes unnecessary network resource usage. This paper proposes two schemes to tune the parameters in the handover based on UE ping-pong handover times or the time UE stayed in the cell before ping-pong handover. The schemes can stop the UE ping-pong handover effectively and reduce RLF rates,cell blocking rates and increase the average throughput of network.
