摘要
通过问卷和访谈对闽南地区的厦门、漳州、泉州3市居民养老健康服务的需求行为进行调查,调查范围涉及城乡医疗机构、养老机构、社区、村镇等,发现不同调查对象在性别、年龄、职业、学历等方面对养老健康服务需求均有一定差异,尤其是城乡间对于需求范围差异更为显著,社会养老健康服务存在着资源落后且分布不均等缺陷。建议在政府支持下寻求社会多方合作,多渠道、多领域共同培养高素质养老健康服务队伍,从而满足日益增长的养老健康服务需求。
Demands for care service and health service were investigated by questionnaire surveys and interviews among residents of urban and rural medical institutions,care service institutions,communities,villages and towns in Xiamen,Zhangzhou,Quanzhou,southern regions of Fujian province.It was found that people's demands for care service and health service may differ,depending on their gender,age,occupation and education.The difference of demands for care and health service is significant between urban and rural areas.Resources of care and health service are also poor and distributed unevenly.Our suggest is to train more highly-qualified professionals for care and health service with the support of government and cooperation of all walks of life,to meet the growing demands for care and health service from local residents.
