WHOⅡ级弥漫性星形细胞瘤的CT及MRI表现 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析弥漫性星形细胞瘤(DA)的CT及MRI表现,以提高对该病的诊断水平。方法选取该院2012年1月至2015年7月经手术和病理证实的52例DA患者的临床资料,分析肿瘤部位、形态、大小、边界、密度或信号特征、强化特点、瘤周水肿情况及占位效应等。结果 52例均为单发病灶,其中幕上49例(鞍区1例,额叶13例,颞叶8例,顶叶4例,枕叶2例;累及2个及以上脑叶者21例,其中有7例累及胼胝体,2例累及丘脑),幕下3例(右侧小脑半球2例,左侧小脑半球1例)。病灶的影像学表现主要为3种类型:不规则斑片状、囊状、肿块状;肿瘤多数瘤周水肿及占位效应轻,增强扫描多数不强化或轻度强化;肿块样病灶可出现重度水肿、明显占位及中-重度强化。结论 DA的CT与MRI表现具有一定的特征性。
