摘要
目的了解渝西地区儿童和孕妇的碘营养状况。方法尿碘含量测定采用砷铈催化分光光度方法 (WS/T 107-2006)进行尿碘含量测定。结果渝西地区儿童尿碘中位数为194.72μg/L,孕妇尿碘中位数为153.78μg/L,不同区县儿童和孕妇尿碘中位数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。不同区县儿童尿碘构成比比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=58.21,P〈0.05),永川区和九龙坡区以100~〈200μg/L为主,潼南县和江津区则以200~〈300μg/L为主;男孩尿碘构成比显著高于女孩,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.96,P〈0.05),而不同区县孕妇尿碘构成比,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=24.06,P〉0.05)。结论渝西地区特殊人群(儿童和孕妇)总体上不存在碘缺乏,碘营养处于正常范围和略微过剩的状态,但同时发现儿童尿碘构成男孩显著高于女孩,因此,女童的碘营养情况应当引起重视,且应当防止潼南和江津地区儿童碘营养过剩。
Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status among children and pregnant women in the western area of Chongqing. Methods The urine iodine content was detected by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometric method (WS/T 107-2006). Results The median urine iodine of children and pregnant women were 194.72μg/L and 153.78μg/L respective-ly. The median urine iodine had no statistically significant difference among children and pregnant women in different districts and counties(P〉0.05). The constituent ratio of urine iodine had statistical difference among different counties of children (χ2=58.21, P〈0.05),in Yongchuan and Jiulongpo Districts,which was dominated by 100~<200μg/L,and 200~<300μg/L in Tongnan and Jiangjin Districts. The constituent ratio of urine iodine in male children was significantly higher than that in female children with statistical difference(χ2=10.96,P〈0.05),while the urine iodine constitute ratio had no statistical difference among pregnant women in different districts and counties(χ2=24.06,P〉0.05). Conclusion In the western area of Chongqing,special populations(children and pregnant women) generally have inexistence of iodine deficiency,the iodine nutrition is in the normal range and slightly ex-cessive status, but it is simultaneously discovered that the urine iodine constituent ratio in male children is slightly higher than that in female children. Therefore the iodine nutritional status in girl children should be paid more attention to ,moreover the io-dine overnutrition in children of Tongnan and Jiangjin districts should be prevented.
