摘要
目的观察杞精消肾安汤在治疗消渴肾病（糖尿病肾病）肝肾阴虚兼淤毒证中的临床疗效。方法选取2014年3月至2015年7月长春中医药大学附属医院门诊及内分泌疗区收治的60例消渴肾病患者,采用随机对照法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用杞精消肾安汤加减治疗,对照组采用六味地黄丸治疗。均以3个月（12周）为1个疗程,根据病情需要可连续治疗2~3个疗程。结果治疗组总有效率为86.67%（26/30）,对照组为56.67%（17/30）,二者比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论杞精消肾安汤在治疗消渴肾病中的临床疗效显著,值得进一步开发和研究。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qijing Xiaoshen′an Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy with liver-kidney Yin deficiency complicating siltation-toxicity syndrome. Methods Sixty cases of diabetic nephropathy in the outpatient department and endocrinology department of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from March 2014 to July 2015 were selected and divided into the treatment group and control group ,30 cases in each group. The treat-ment group received the therapy of modified Qijing Xiaoshen′an Decoction,while the control group adopted the therapy of Liuwei Dihuang Pills,with 3 months（12 weeks） as a treatment course. The continuous 2-3 treatment courses could be lasted according to the disease condition. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%（26/30）,which in the control group was 56.67%（17/30）,there was statistically significant difference between 2 groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Qijing Xiaoshen′an Decoc-tion in treating diabetic nephropathy has significantly clinical effect and is worthy of further research and development.
