摘要
电网输电线路规模的扩大增加了巡检工作量,而人工定期巡检方式已经不能满足现代智能电网安全高效巡检运维需要,为此探讨了无人直升机巡检及相关技术在输电线路巡检中的作用,并研发了一套基于大型无人直升机平台的多传感器全自动巡检系统。介绍了该巡检系统功能和结构,并对巡检系统5个组成部分的设计和研制进行阐述,同时将该巡检系统应用于中国南方电网有限责任公司首次开展的500 kV线路巡检试验。巡检结果表明,该巡检系统能有效发现线路缺陷隐患,具有明显的巡检优势和特色。
Expansion of scale of power grid transmission lines causes increase of inspection workload while artificial regular inspection is unable to meet demand for safe and high efficient inspection and maintenance for modern smart grid. Therefore,this paper discusses effect of unmanned helicopter inspection and its relevant technologies in inspection on power transmission lines and develops a set of multi-sensor full-automatic inspection system based on large unmanned helicopter platform. It introduces functions and structures of this system and states designs and development of five constituent parts of the inspection system. The system is used in the first-ever inspection experiment on 500 kV lines in CSG and the result indicates that this inspection system is able to effectively discover hidden dangers in lines and has obvious advantages and features in inspection.
