摘要
重症患者情况复杂,重症医生需要及时掌握病情变化,迅速确定针对性干预措施。重症医生临床思路的培养包含以下三个方面的内容:牢固的重症医学理论基础;扎实的临床操作技能;充分的临床实践工作历练。
Most patients in ICU are critically ill. The physician in charge should be able to evaluate and deal with the critical condition in a timely and accurately manner. The clinical thinking for intensivists entail abilities in the following three aspects： solid foundation of critical care theory; experienced clinical operation skill; enough clinical training.
