战创伤感染与脓毒症防治新策略 被引量：12

摘要 感染已被证实为战创伤5 d后导致死亡的主要原因,其防治一直是创伤外科领域的研究热点。从战创伤局部感染向全身性感染（脓毒症）的演变,其本质是机体抗感染免疫力的极度削弱或衰竭的表现。脓毒症病情凶险,发生率和病死率一直居高不下。笔者着重介绍该领域防治新策略的研究进展、存在的主要问题及其展望。
