摘要
快速成型技术与铸造工艺结合可以实现铸件的快速成形。论述选择性激光烧结技术的原理与优势,并利用该技术与重力浇铸结合制作铝合金发动机缸盖样件。通过对缸盖的尺寸验证和力学性能测定,发现该工艺满足缸盖的生产要求,可以实现发动机缸盖的快速成形。
Combing RP ( rapid prototype ) technology and casting process can realize the rapid prototyping of casting. Based on the discussion of the principle and advantages of SLS ( selective laser sintering) ,this paper applied the technique for prototyping of the aluminum alloy engine cylinder head combined with gravity casting production. Throughout the dimension validation and mechanical property test of cylinder head samples, we can find that this process can meet the technical requirements and realize the rapid prototyping of engine cylinder heads.
