摘要 论述了传统水力旋流器的优缺点及工作参数,详细介绍了旋流器运行产生的空气柱效应,并提出通过改进搅拌旋流器设备结构和调整性能参数,能提高分级和工作效率,减少矿物过粉碎和流程返砂量,提高设备使用寿命,降低投资风险和维护费用,极大地节约运营成本。 The paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional hydrocyclone and its operating parameters,details the effect of air column generated in cyclone operation, and the improvement of stirring cyclone equipment structure and adjustment of performance parameters can increase classification and working efficiency, reduce over-crushing of minerals and amount of sand return, extend equipment service life, reduce investment risk and maintenance cost and save operating cost greatly.
