摘要
目的:探讨剖宫产术与阴道分娩对妇女产后各种不同类型性问题发生率的影响。方法:研究共纳入我院2013年1月至2015年1月行剖宫产分娩活胎的产妇157例以及行阴道分娩活胎的产妇172例,分别对患者进行为期6个月的临床随访,并予产后3个月、6个月发放调查问卷,比较两组产妇产后性生活恢复情况、性生活情况以及性生活满意率等。结果:剖宫产组产后3个月性生活恢复率为85.35%,阴道分娩组产后3个月性生活恢复率为72.67%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组产后6个月性生活恢复率未见明显差异(P>0.05);剖宫产组产后3个月性交痛发生率为31.85%,阴道分娩组产后3个月性交痛发生率为58.72%,差异有显著性(P<0.05);两组产后6个月性交痛发生率未见明显差异(P>0.05);两组产后3个月及6个月性生活满意率均未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:剖宫产与阴道分娩对产后3个月内的性健康问题存在一定的影响,但影响较轻,均能在产后6个月内得到恢复。
Objectives： To study the effect of cesarean section and vaginal delivery in the women with various sexual problems. Methods： 157 puerpera of receiving the cesarean section and delivering the vital fetus and 172 puerpera of receiving the vaginal delivery and delivering the vital fetus from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected. During the 6m of follow- up visits,the questionnaire was issued after 3m and 6m of delivery. The recovery of sex life,sexual activity and satisfaction of sexual life of two groups was compared. Results： After 3m of delivery,the recovery rate of sex life of cesarean section group（ 84. 08%） was lower than vaginal delivery group（ 72. 67%）（ P〈0. 05）; after 6m of delivery,the recovery rate of two groups was not significantly different（ P〉0. 05）; after 3m of delivery,the incidence rate of dyspareunia of cesarean section group（ 31. 85%） was lower than vaginal delivery group（ 58. 72%）（ P〈0. 05）; after 6m of delivery,the incidence rate of dyspareunia of two groups was not significantly different（ P〉0. 05）; after 3m and 6m of delivery,the satisfaction of sexual life of two groups was not significantly different（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Within 3m of delivery,the cesarean section and vaginal delivery has a certain and milder effect in the sexual health and the sexual health can be recovered after 6m of delivery.
