超声二维应变成像技术在陈旧心肌梗死患者心肌存活评价中的应用

摘要 目的探讨超声二维应变成像技术在陈旧心肌梗死(OMI)患者心肌存活评价中的应用价值。方法以60例OMI患者为观察组,以健康体检者为对照组,所有受检者均接受常规超声心动图检查和心肌存活分析。观察并比较受检者PRS及PCS指数,以及二维应变超声心动图应用于OMI患者临床诊断其判断存活心肌的敏感性和特异性。结果根据常规超声心动图检查和心肌存活分析结果,将观察组中107个存活心肌节段数设为存活心肌组,将102个坏死心肌节段数设为坏死心肌组。结果显示对照组PRS及PCS指数均高于坏死心肌组(P<0.05);存活心肌组PRS指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而PCS指标同后者比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声二维应变成像技术在OMI患者心肌存活评价中的应用具有指导性意义,可作为OMI存活心肌的一种评价手段而加以推广。
